The Kenmuir Residence is designed, developed and built in-house. Construction started in Spring 2024.

The Kenmuir Residence, located in the exclusive Mineola East neighborhood. This custom 2,650 sqft home development involved sourcing the lot, severing it into two properties, and building. 

The home features an open concept main floor, a covered rear porch, finished basement and many sustainability features such as passive home insulation and solar panels.
