Sustainably designed 18 unit rental apartments that meet the high rental demand of Humber College. Development will use energy efficient Geothermal heating and will comprise 2-floor units with ample washrooms to maximize living space.

Site is located 500m from Humber College’s Lakeshore Campus. This College has 7,200students, many of whom seek living accommodation in close proximity to campus. Rental inventory supports the influx of international students, forecasted to double by 2027. Furthermore, this is a transit-oriented community with easy access to Kipling Station Transit Hub, TTC subway and bus routes, the GO Train, Mi-Way buses, and Toronto Pearson International Airport.
